Traditional Psychotherapy - 45 minutes
Seeking therapy is a courageous step towards caring for yourself. Depending on your goals,we may explore and reflect on your past, manage (and hopefully enjoy) your present, and dream about the future. I believe mindfulness in concert with exploring the past and future has the power to bring deep peace and joy into your life.
Walking Psychotherapy - 45 minutes
Walking psychotherapy is a great alternative option to traditional psychotherapy. Most of us sit all day long and/or have difficulty finding time to get outside and move our bodies. Others find it easier to focus and feel more comfortable walking and talking.
Couples and Family Psychotherapy - 1 hour
Relationships can be hard! It takes courage to talk about the issues in your relationship no matter how seemingly small or large they are. In couples and family therapy we will work towards improved communication and healing. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and am working towards certification.
